Osage County Special Services (OCSS) supports individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in Osage, Gasconade, and Maries counties.

We help connect people with services, provide guidance through the process, and support access to programs and resources that meet each individual’s needs.

We work with individuals to create and support person-centered plans. This includes planning, advocacy, and connecting people with the services and resources they need.

We offer funding opportunities for eligible individuals and for nonprofit organizations that provide services to people with developmental disabilities.

We help individuals and families find and access programs such as Medicaid, SSI, and other community-based services.

Osage County Special Services is a county organization with a mission to provide Osage County residents who have developmental disabilities with the advocacy and supports needed to work, play, worship, learn, and live as valued members of our community and as an integral part of their own families.
